An ARTrageous Week

We have had so much fun this week meeting new friends and reuniting with old ones all while making fun crafts and learning about art! We colored pasta and strung it into jewelry, recreated a Kandinsky, Matisse, and Monet, worked with multiple mediums including fabric, wax and oils, and we reviewed art history along with creating original artwork. The week ended with a visit from a very special Birthday Mystery Reader. We hope you can join us next week for Under the Sea!

Final Days of Fun

As required by Marlowe School tradition, we tie-dyed our field day shirts, played the silliest games and relays on Field Day, and dressed up every day the last week of school! :)
I always love to see that even during the last days of school, the children stay busy learning.
I absolutely cannot believe the school year is over. I have had such a wonderful and rewarding time working with each and every single one of your children and watching them grow throughout the year. I look forward to seeing so many of you in a few weeks for summer camp!!

Beautiful Ballerinas

We have been so lucky to have Miss Jamie visit us twice a week for the past several years. One day a week, she introduces various sports to the children, and one day a week, she shares her love of dance with them. Last week, we were delighted to host yet another wonderful recital in which the children were able to show off their ballet and tap skills.
