Chicks!!

We were so lucky to have one of our students share her baby chicks with us! 

We loved learning all about caring for chickens in the city and being able to pet and hold them. 

When the chicks get big, the hens will all lay different colored eggs!!

Zoo Food & Ms. Mary's Music Class

We have had a wildly wonderful time learning and growing over the past few weeks!

Our Secret Chef stopped by and helped us make kitty sandwiches for a super special snack. 

W. brought in a Dagger Moth Caterpillar for show-and-tell.

And, our favorite music teacher visited us for a day! We LOVED having Ms. Mary lead our music class. She shared stories about her recent trip to the United Kingdom and let us play on instruments she brought all the way from Scotland and Ireland. 

She even taught us how to dance a jig!

We can't wait for her to join us again next year!

Back to School

After a two-week orientation, school is officially back in session. 

Our classroom is bustling with little artists. 

It seems someone has found our chalkboard. 

We've been having lots of fun with reading and math. 

 We have even been visited by Ms. Indy (Dr. Indy Soos Cesari, SLPD), 

who worked on pragmatics and speech phonetics with the class. 

Don't forget to sign up for a speech screening.
