March at Marlowe

Whoville's favorite author had a birthday this month, and we celebrated by creating our own versions of The Cat in the Hat.
Dr. Seuss's birthday wasn't the only event we celebrated.
We also enjoyed learning the color order of the rainbow in honor of St. Patrick's Day.
Our official unit this month was Fairy Tales from Around the World. We learned lots of geography, read dozens of international classics, and Ms. Mary brought wind instruments from all over the globe.
I can't believe we have just two months of school left!! The children have learned so much this year, and I enjoyed bragging on them during their Parent-Teacher conferences.
Enjoy your Spring Break, and I look forward to seeing you all in a week!
