September at Marlowe

This month's unit was all about the human body. We learned about the jobs of various organs, the names of many bones, all about germs, and much more! We talked about our family and what it means to be a good friend. We also welcomed the first day of fall!

Ms. Mary taught us many new songs and musical terms (such as tempo, rhythm, and pitch).
The "big kids" started reading the Little House books this week.
They even made their own log cabins.
Everyone worked very hard in the classroom. The children learned anatomy, geography, zoology, history, spelling, grammar, mathematics, and more!

We have a full month before parent-teacher conferences, and I already can't wait to share the children's progress.

August at Marlowe

We are so excited to be back at school! The children have impressed me yet again by starting out the year so flawlessly. Piano started back last week, and we are looking forward to starting tap/ballet and sports camp next week.
These past few weeks, we have enjoyed making crafts, having picnics, and getting back to work with all our friends.

I'm looking forward to another fantastic school year!
